About the Role
As Head of IT / Stakeholder Success Lead for Europe, you'll serve as the single point of accountability to the President of Europe for the region's information technology needs.
You'll anticipate strategic, market, and operational needs-translating them into scalable solutions that drive business value. You'll define IT priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure solutions deliver measurable outcomes. In this role you will lead a high-performing team of IT Business Partners and Analysts, ensuring stakeholders achieve their business goals through fit-for-purpose technology solutions
What You'll Do
- Act as the strategic IT leader for the European region
- Partner with senior leaders to understand key business drivers and priorities
- Translate business needs into actionable, value-driven technology solutions
- Represent the region in global IT forums, balancing local needs while adopting global platforms and solutions
- Collaborate with global IT functions to ensure solutions are fit for regional implementation and actively drive project execution within the region
- Create and lead multi-year regional IT roadmaps aligned with enterprise and functional objectives.
- Ensure compliance with GXP, SOX, and other healthcare regulations
- Lead, engage, and coach a geographically distributed team and contractors.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with senior leaders and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in IT leadership within healthcare, pharma, or life sciences
- Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders
- Passion for technology innovation and future-driven thinking.
- Experience aligning IT strategy with business objectives and product launches
- Strong people leadership across countries and cultures
- Hands-on experience supporting biotech/pharma product launches/commercialization
- Knowledge of EU healthcare systems, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and regulatory requirements
- Deep understanding of GXP, SOX, and enterprise platforms supporting Biotech/Pharmaceuticals
- Change leadership skills in fast-moving, high-impact environments
- Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a plus
