About This Role:

The Director, Global Insights Lead for Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia is a pivotal role that influences the strategic direction of our business and enhances brand success. Embedded within the Product Development and Commercialization team, you will focus on the Dementia pipeline, guiding strategic initiatives and competitive positioning through data-driven insights. You will partner with key stakeholders to uncover opportunities by deeply understanding customer groups, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. By leveraging large datasets and advanced analytics, you will identify patterns, trends, and correlations that inform decisions and support insights generation requirements for both pre-launch and lifecycle management opportunities. This role is integral to our business structure, providing vital insights that drive informed decision-making and strategic growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze and interpret diverse data sources, transforming them into valuable insights to understand customer groups, market trends, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Commercialization leads and senior stakeholders, translating complex data findings into actionable insights to support strategy development and improve business outcomes.
  • Utilize advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling to enhance insights depth and accuracy.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business, customer groups, and competitive landscape.
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, adapting insights generation to different market realities.
  • Align metrics and tracking for brand initiatives to ensure effective insights gathering.
  • Streamline insights generation processes across markets and coach local teams on implementation.
  • Contribute to reporting and data visualization for effective communication of insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead market research initiatives and identify knowledge gaps to support research design and delivery.
  • Oversee the competitive insights process and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate customer and patient insights generation from various data sources.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Commercialization leads and stakeholders to align on business priorities and develop insights generation capabilities.
  • Stay updated on analytics advancements and drive the implementation of new technologies.
  • Act as a project leader or manager for critical projects within therapeutic areas or functions.
  • Foster an internal community for experience exchange, showcasing best practices and market trends.

Who You Are:

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS required.
  • 10+ years of strategic consulting experience in the Pharma/Biotech/Medical Device industry (3+ of which should include experience in Alzheimer's Disease, Dementia, Neurodegeneration, or Oncology).
  • Demonstrated experience in patient journey mapping and customer prescription journey for insights generation.
  • Proven track record in planning and delivering insights generation activities across the product life cycle.
  • Extensive experience in market research planning and execution, with a strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and advise senior leadership.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in executive presentations.
  • Previous experience in affiliate and regional roles.
  • Experience in planning, negotiating, and allocating resources, including budget management across a portfolio of brands.

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this role is: $195,000.00-$268,000.00

Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.

Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
