Finance Business Partner - LAN
Position based in Mexico City.
About This Role
As a Finance Business Partner responsible for Latin America North (LAN, Mexico and Colombia) Financial Planning & Management Reporting, you will play a critical role on our finance team. You will oversee the planning, implementation, and coordination of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), periodic forecasts, and Long Range Plans (LRP). Your expertise will be pivotal in managing financial resources and consolidating annual budgets, ensuring alignment with DEMANTRA. You will lead the financial assessment for new product launches and innovative projects, providing insightful analysis for business development. By coordinating results management for LAN, your work will directly influence strategic decisions and help identify opportunities and risks. This role is integral to maintaining a cohesive financial strategy across regional functions, international finance teams, and therapeutic area leads.
What You'll Do
- Manage the consolidation of annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Design analytics to support thought leadership and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare user-friendly forecast and reporting templates for key financial insights.
- Lead financial assessments for new product launches and innovations.
- Monitor and report on business performance against plans/forecasts.
- Coordinate business analytics with the CMI team for comprehensive insights.
- Maintain and develop a standard financial reporting system.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and project management.
- Act as a finance business partner to General Managers and therapeutic area leads.
- Engage in cross-department projects and lead local business planning system releases.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Hyperion.
- Fluent in English and local language.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
Preferred Skills
- MBA, CPA, or MSA or equivalent.
- Experience in US multinational companies.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical markets.
- Strong change management aptitude.
