Estagiário de Omnichannel e CRM

Como estagiário(a) de Omnichannel e CRM, atuará em parceria com diversas áreas da empresa, contribuindo para projetos que impactam diversos profissionais da saúde. As atividades envolverão desde a análise de dados até o suporte em iniciativas digitais e estratégias de CRM.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Apoiar no planejamento, execução e monitoramento de campanhas de comunicação em diferentes canais (e-mail, site aplicativos etc.)
• Acompanhar indicadores de performance das iniciativas de Omnichannel e CRM, contribuindo com análises e insights;
• Auxiliar na manutenção e segmentação de bases de dados de clientes, garantindo a qualidade das informações;
• Contribuir para a elaboração de relatórios;
• Suporte e treinamento aos times internos e de campo com extrações e análises de dados do CRM

Requisitos

• Cursando graduação em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;
• Conhecimentos intermediários de Excel;
• Inglês fluente (escrito e verbal).
