Database Engineer, Patient Services
About This Role:
You will be responsible for Patient Services (PS) reporting and data analysis as required to support our call center operations and patient strategic initiative programs. Involves the design, development, and implementation of new data sets, and metrics as well as the evaluation and validation of existing measures and data sets. The role will also be asked to perform statistical analysis. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements. Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology. Provide Trend Analysis to Patient Services Leadership on performance and patient metrics.
What You'll Do:
- Work with the Patient Services Compliance team to create analysis and reporting solutions to support internal and external needs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing systems to meet changing user requirements
- Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology
- Provide Business & Data Analysis and testing

Core Experience Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in a medium multi-national company or consulting firm with a special focus on analyzing big data sets
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science-related (Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant)
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with Enterprise SQL Databases (Snowflake or Oracle preferred)
- Knowledge of ETL processes, databases, warehouses, data modelling and related software skills
- Good level of Excel and very good knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI or Tableau)
- Demonstrated competency in more advanced analytic/data science tools, e.g. Python or other similar technology
- Solid understanding of commercial datasets of large companies. Able to synthesize large amounts of unstructured and complex data into simple and more structured data sets
- Strong analytical and quantitative skill set.

The base compensation range for this role is: zł136,000.00-zł181,750.00
