What You'll Do:
- Analyze data from security incidents, vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence, and remediation efforts to identify emerging threats, patterns, and high-risk areas.
- Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, methodologies, analysis processes, and outcomes to ensure transparency and consistency across reporting.
- Prepare and deliver reports on security analytics, including risk assessments and return-on-investment (ROI) analyses, to key stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying security trends and predicting potential risks to strengthen organizational defenses.
- Collaborate with team members to refine security processes, tools, and metrics in response to evolving cyber threats.
- Support continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing cybersecurity frameworks, methodologies, and practices.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions to align security initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of remediation efforts and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Contribute to the development of security metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with emerging cybersecurity threats, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
Required Skills:
- At least 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity principles and risk management practices.
- Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO) and common cybersecurity tools/platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting security data to detect patterns and predict emerging threats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in preparing security metrics, dashboards, and ROI analyses.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages commonly used in cybersecurity analysis, such as Python or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and platforms.
