The CE&O Graduate will have an opportunity to experience all critical elements of CE&O world by taking part in the rotational program, composed of three elements:
1) decision support in Customer & Market Insights (CMI), 2) enablement and execution of Omnichannel Engagement or Patient Finding 3) Affiliate rotation within a relevant business function.
The GCE&O Graduate will have an opportunity to experience all critical elements of CE&O world by taking part in the 2 years rotational program, composed of three rotations: 1) decision support in Customer & Market Insights (CMI), 2) enablement and execution of Omnichannel Engagement or Patient Finding 3) Affiliate rotation within a relevant business function.

During his/her rotation in CMI, the Graduate will help generate strategic insights on performance and market dynamics, utilizing primary and secondary market
research, as well as internal and external quantitative data sources and advanced analytics. During the Omnichannel Engagement rotation or Patient Finding, the Graduate will support planning and development of digital capabilities that enhance our overall digital customer engagement strategy and approach or Patient Finding initiatives . He/she will be responsible for the successful development, implementation and management of existing digital channels and addition of new digital channels to communicate with Biogen's customers or co-leading patenf finding projects with internal and external stakeholders. In all rotations the Graduate will work internationally and cross functionally with teams in and outside the CE&O, gaining a holistic understanding of an innovative biotech company and how operations happens at global, regional and affiliate level.
What you'll do
- Influencing and negotiation skills to attain buy-in from different stakeholders
- Business performance analysis, forecasting, market research & competitor intelligence
- Working with commercial centres of excellence providing analysis, market and brand performance, to support strategy development
- Applying new technologies and analytical expertise to support insight generation process, integrating and triangulating various qualitative and quantitative sources
- Delivering market research studies with the customer & market insights team, identifying opportunities and gaps to support strategic decision making with key stakeholders
- Be part of driving omnichannel engagement execution and innovation, working with the the Customer Excellence team
- Support Patient Finding projects and activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Help identify, define and monitor measurable KPI's and metrics supporting successful adoption, results, effectiveness of activities and campaigns.
- Drive successful implementation of key projects and initiatives by helping projects being effectively implemented, measured and follow-up actions in place
- Be part of scouting new AI/ML or other innovative solutions supporting Customer Excellence innovation within customer engagement, patient finding or analytics.
- Gain relevant Affiliate business experience through supporting a relevant business function during the affiliate rotation.

Qualifications
- Influencing and negotiation skills to attain buy-in from different stakeholders
- A Master's degree in a relevant subject, such as business management, finance, economics, marketing or scientific discipline.
- We prefer candidates with a demonstrated track record of interdisciplinary studies and relevant work experience
- Strong academic achievements
- Excellent analytical skills, capability to work with data, affinity for numbers and savy in analytical tools incl AI solutions
- A passion for working in the pharma/biotech industry, ideally with previous experience through studies or internships
- Extracurricular activities that demonstrate your drive and skillset, ie having achieved extraordinary results in a personal passion like sports, music or other hobbies.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to challenge status quo
- An international mind-set

- Professional fluency in English, and additional languages are considered a plus
