About the Role:
This application is for a 6-month student role from January - June 2026. Resume review begins in October 2025.
Biogen is seeking a video production co-op for our Corporate Affairs department. The candidate will be responsible for assisting our video team with various projects that will include brand campaigns, organizing video assets in Biogen's asset library, and assisting with external/internal video projects and requests. We're looking for someone with a great creative eye and an enthusiasm for video storytelling who can thrive in an energetic corporate environment.
What You'll Do:
- Work with Brand and Storytelling team to shoot, edit and produce videos for a variety of uses, channels and needs
- Manage digital assets
- Assist in management of video studio
- Brainstorm creative ideas for compelling Biogen video content
- Create authentic and compelling communications materials as needed, including writing stories, drafting social media content, newsletters, external communication materials, handouts, web pages and brand materials.
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with the following programs:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop After Effects preferred.)
- Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
- Experience with video cameras and lighting equipment
- Ability to recognize story potential and independently develop video assets.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
To participate in the Biogen Internship or Co-op Program, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, university or skills program/apprenticeship.

Education
- Undergraduate student who has completed at least two years of higher ed
- Majoring in communications, design, social media, or related majors

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $23.00-$27.00
The actual hourly wage offered will consider the candidate's current academic level and degree candidacy, inclusive of Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, JD, MD, PhD and MBA programs. It will comply with state or local minimum wage requirements specific to the job location.
