Job Description
- Work with BU and Finance to lead cross-functional discussions to develop high quality sales forecast and review business progress.
- Understand business strategy and business questions in order to provide BUs with insights and solutions to business questions by designing and conducting market research or providing secondary data.
- Provide analysis and insights to the Sales Planning and Execution team/BUs to improve sales force effectiveness.
- Provide data to BUs and Sales Planning and Execution team in the development of incentive plan and individual sales cycle target.

- BU、ファイナンスと協力し、より質の高い販売計画の策定やビジネス進捗確認のための部門横断的な議論をリードする。
- ビジネス戦略とビジネス上の疑問を理解し、主要な市場調査の設計と実施、又は二次的データの提供により、ビジネス上の疑問に対するインサイトやソリューションをBUに提供する。
- セールスフォースエフェクティブネスに役立つ分析結果やインサイトを営業企画推進チーム/BUに提供する。
- 各営業サイクルのインセンティブ計画立案とフォローアップ、販売目標計画の営業担当者までの落とし込みにおいて、必要なデータを提供し、BUならびに営業企画推進チームを支援する。

- 5 + years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 3 years of data analysis experience using Microsoft office tools (excel, accessing) or statistical tools
- Working experience in sales forecasting
- Practical experience in market research
- Experience in conducting and completing somewhat complex interdepartmental projects on time with limited guidance
- Professional communication and negotiation skills in both Japanese and English.
- Degree in economics, statistics, public health, information technology or related field, or equivalent.
Nice to have:
- Has a high level of curiosity about business and an attitude to view things from various perspectives.
- Knowledgeable of secondary data commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Has high analytical capability and the ability to pull and structure internal and external resources necessary for the verification of temporary work.
- With a wealth of experience and deep insight, the individual can objectively identify and unabashedly explain complex or unprecedented business operations challenges to management, engage and influence them.

- 製薬業界における5年以上の経験
- マイクロソフトのオフィスツール(エクセル、アクセス)又は統計ツールを用いた3年以上のデータ分析経験
- 販売予測の実務経験
- 市場調査の実務経験
- 限られたガイダンスで、ある程度複雑な部門間プロジェクトを実施し、期限内に終わらせた経験
- 日本語と英語の両方の専門的コミュニケーション能力
- 経済、統計、公衆衛生、情報技術又は関連分野における学位、又は同等の学位
