About This Role: As the Associate Director of IT Financial Management within IT Management Operations (ITMO), you will take the helm in guiding the financial strategies of our IT organization. Reporting to the Head of IT Management Operations, you will oversee IT financial planning, including annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and continuous improvement tracking. Your role is pivotal in driving the financial performance and efficiency of our IT functions. By managing key metrics and collaborating with Finance, you will ensure seamless financial operations that align with our organizational goals. What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage the IT Financial Management function for the entire IT organization.
- Collaborate closely with Finance to enhance financial management processes.
- Measure, analyze, and report key IT performance metrics and financials.
- Develop and execute annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial tracking and management.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to functional IT Portfolio Managers.
- Influence strategic initiatives with long-term implications on IT financial operations.
- Facilitate decision-making on complex projects independently.
- Engage with functional partners to build and manage trusting relationships.
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and service strategies.

Required Skills:
- Advanced degree in Information Technology, Business, or MBA, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within IT or a related business function in biopharma/life sciences.
- Proven track record in managing complex interdisciplinary projects and teams.
- Experience in service management within the biotechnology or life science industry.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with high-value managed service provider contracts.
- Understanding of industry landscape regarding vendors and technology service management.

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $157,000.00-$216,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
