About This Role:

As a (Senior) Analyst in Procurement Operations, you will play an integral role in managing the day-to-day operations of our extensive contract management program. This position is essential within the procurement team, where you will oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to company policies. Your responsibilities will include support and training, system administration, and reporting, while maintaining data integrity and enforcing business rules. With your expertise, you will contribute to the seamless operation of contract processes, directly impacting the efficiency of our procurement functions. Your role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, providing valuable insights, and supporting the optimization of procurement workflows within the business structure.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide general system and user support resolution.
  • Enforce business rules and policies.
  • Maintain approval workflows and confirm correct authorization levels.
  • Ensure data integrity in systems and proper contract storage.
  • Build standardized KPI reporting.
  • Present data analytics to stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze business requirements.
  • Draft formal system documentation in relation to the GxP environment.
  • Collaborate with the manager to develop communication plans for system upgrades and informational sessions.

Who You Are:

You are proactive and detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for maintaining data integrity. Your strong communication skills make you an effective collaborator, comfortable working in dynamic environments. You thrive in fast-paced settings and are eager to learn new systems and processes quickly. Your experience with contracts and procurement systems, coupled with your ability to adapt and innovate, sets you apart as a valuable asset to the team.

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required; concentration in business, IT, or communications preferred, or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience with contract system administration.
  • Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
  • Knowledge of contract processes, especially CLM (Contract Life Management) and Coupa experience.
  • Experience working on large global projects.
  • Familiarity with the Pharma/Biotech industry.
  • Detail-oriented with recognized attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a legal role, such as paralegal or legal admin, is beneficial.
  • Any contracting or procurement experience within a pharmaceutical/biotechnology company is a plus.
