About This Role:

As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within our Global Procurement organization, operating as a key member of the Purchasing team. Your primary focus will be on utilizing an array of tools to enhance system operational visibility, provide triage support, and deliver insightful reporting and metrics. You will be instrumental in driving the contract creation and renewal process, working collaboratively with business stakeholders, procurement, and legal teams to ensure compliance with legal and procurement policies. Your efforts will ensure that all contract requests are initiated and executed agreements are efficiently managed within our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This role holds significant value to our business as it supports procurement's strategic goals and ensures seamless operations, while fostering strong partnerships across various departments and external suppliers.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and support purchase requisitions, contracting, and invoice reconciliation for transactions.
  • Coordinate and oversee the contract creation and renewal process in collaboration with business stakeholders, procurement, and legal.
  • Guide the contract lifecycle process, ensuring adherence to legal and procurement policies.
  • Ensure executed agreements are accurately uploaded into the CLM system.
  • Create and submit purchase requisitions in the ERP system, aligning them with contract payment terms.
  • Maintain comprehensive vendor management documentation to support audit requests.
  • Collaborate with sourcing, finance, and vendors to reconcile purchase orders, contracts, and invoice discrepancies.
  • Support Purchasing management with processes, documentation, and training activities.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects as assigned by Purchasing management.
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with legal, finance, procurement, business stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Act as an escalation point for issues identified by Purchasing management, procurement, and external suppliers.

Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage change makes you an invaluable asset to the organization.

This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

Required Skills:

  • Experience utilizing ERP systems such as Oracle.
  • Experience with Coupa is a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, plan, and prioritize workload.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for leading activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with purchasing and PO management utilizing ERP.
  • Experience with Supplier Management and/or Accounts Payable.
  • Experience executing or managing contracts using a CLM system.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the Pharma/Biotech industry.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau or similar tools.
