Job Description Summary
BD is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 6-months intern to join our Total Rewards team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in total rewards strategy, data analysis, and compensation modeling across the Greater Asia region.
The intern can look forward to a comprehensive understanding of the strategic importance of the rewards function within the broader HR framework and its impact on the overall employee experience and business strategy. Through this experience, the intern will gain exposure to key total rewards programs, processes, and projects.
Job Description
Some of the key Projects this intern will be focusing on:
- Developing a harmonized Offer review model and template leveraging on automation through Excel or proposed methods through collaboration with HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Reviewing and developing a central repository for all employee benefits across Greater Asia countries.
- Support the Total Rewards team in data collection, validation, and analysis for regional projects.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in compensation or HR analytics is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling and interpretation.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including macros, pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
- Proficiency in SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Preference will be given to immediate starters who can commit up to a 6-months period.
