Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the successful marketing and promotion of all related Target Temperature Management (TTM) products.
  • Expand customer footprint in the existing region.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales forecasts and quotas for TTM products.
  • Identify and implement existing and non-existing product evaluations.
  • Assist TM with inventory responsibilities along with other administrative tasks.
  • Monitor current service agreements and engage in new service agreement sales.
  • Provide in-person in-servicing on TTM products to deliver adoption of the TTM products and to gain market feedback, support, and drive adoption.
  • Assist with inventory management and verify departments are maintaining accurate inventory levels and initiating TTM product orders when inventory is low.
  • Possess a clear understanding of competitive devices and maintain awareness of market trends, threats, and opportunities.

About You:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of B2B experience required; medical device sales is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to establish customer rapport and build business relationships.
  • Service-orientation with strong customer service skills and ability to develop and deliver effective and persuasive presentations.
  • Assesses and analyzes customer problems quickly and capable of tying in TTM Solution as an appropriate solution.
  • Ability to learn and implement Consultative Selling.
  • Works independently with limited supervision.
  • Displays organization and time management skills when prospecting.
  • 80% of travel is required in the territory.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD's auto safety standards.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $62,600 - $103,300 USD Annual and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications.
