Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee implementation of QMS tools (ALM, PLM and Quality Systems) to support our Quality Management System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical project management and software engineering, with a focus on implementing and optimizing QMS tools to streamline our product development processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of software development methodologies.

Responsibilities: As a TPM, you will:

  • Lead multiple programs in end to end implementation of QMS tools using SDLC
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery, implementing proactive measures to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Design architecture and coordinate integration efforts between QMS tools and other enterprise software solutions.
  • Develop and implement change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of QMS tools across the organization.
  • Define and implement quality assurance processes to validate the functionality and reliability of QMS tools.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of QMS systems, including creating training documentation and conducting training workshops.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of proven experience in technical program management with focus on end to end implementation of QMS tools (ALM/PLM/Quality Systems) in a regulated medical device industry.
  • Background in medical device regulations including CFR Part 11, Part 820 regulations
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, design, development and integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of ALM/PLM/Quality Systems concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Nice to have:

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Experience with ALM/PLM/Quality Systems tools such as Siemens Polarion, Siemens Teamcenter, Trackwise, or similar platforms.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in technical program management with focus on end to end implementation of QMS tools (ALM/PLM/Quality Systems) in a regulated medical device industry.
