Summary:
Senior Sales Executive is responsible for growing sales in assigned accounts/territory by providing clinical training on products, product support to customers and promoting the organization's image as a quality provider of medical devices.

Responsibilities:
• Meets or exceeds established annual sales quota.
• Develops strong relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
• Actively pursues and develops new business opportunities.
• Achieves high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
• Promotes the organization's reputation as a quality provider of medical devices.
• Maintains organized records and submits timely reports and expenses.

• Manages time effectively and prioritizes activities to achieve desired outcomes.
• Demonstrates effective selling skills and techniques.
• Conducts market research and analysis to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
• Attends conferences and participates in professional organizations to increase knowledge and awareness of industry trends and changes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required preferably B.E/B.Tech-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision making ability.
• Effective communication skills; must be able to communicate with all levels within the organization and outside the organization.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of medical device industry and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
