Job Description Summary
As Territory Sales Specialist Peripheral Intervention you will report to our Area Manager North Italy, you will maintain and develop business with existing and new customers in line with the Sales Managers guidelines. Key challenge will be to drive and accelerate sales growth and penetration of our PI vascular product portfolio in Lombardia and exceeding financial and non-financial targets.

Main responsibilities will include:
You will act as primary point of contact representing PI vascular BU at assigned territory within our Peripheral Intervention platforms:
- Develop commercial strategic and tactic activities on field to improve the revenues, working closely with local leadership and the clinical team to identify new leads and opportunities to close.
- Further develops existing accounts into new therapies and develop entirely new accounts putting in action activities for an active customer acquisition.
- Will be responsible for manging and developing the business related to Services
- Document and update all sales opportunity in BD's CRM Opportunity Management tool on a weekly basis.
- Plans and prepares sales forecasts by account, product and therapy for the territory along with proposed meetings/customer activities and projects.
- Builds strong, trustworthy and lasting working relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
- Identify and prepare upcoming tenders pro-actively cooperating with tender & contract department.
- Accountable for setting up and manage consignment, based on tender's requirements and customer's needs. Ensures that consignment and all other stock levels are properly controlled.
- Assists physicians with Operating Room procedures when required.
- Ensure, in collaboration with Area Manager and Clinical Team, ongoing training of hospital personnel through the coaching and courses set up.
- In collaboration with the team lead the set up and management of BD events in the assigned territory
- Attends and participates in key professional congresses and events as required.
- Provide input on market trends, new players, new product introductions.
- Have the energy and ability to lead and drive the whole sales process. Being highly motivated and action-orientated, with well-developed business acumen, readily able to work both individually and as one of a team. Exhibit courage and curiosity.
- Carries out all administrative duties and all necessary reports in a timely and diligent manner.

About you:
- University degree (Biomedical Engineering, Economics, etc.)
- Minimum 3 year selling experience in the medical device industry preferably within Endovascular field or related therapeutic areas. Demonstrated track record of success.
- Fluent in English.
- Technical Skills:Intermediate PC literacy in MS Office, experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and fluent English proficiency
- Personal Attributes:Growth mindset, commitment to continuous learning, self-motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Communication & Interpersonal:Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong customer relationship building abilities, and professional handling of confidential information
- Organizational Abilities:Excellent time management, multi-tasking capabilities, and organizational skills
- Logistics & Location:Availability to travel nationally and residence in Lombardia region
