Key Responsibilities
1. Ordering and Preparing Sales gimmick, Booth Accessory per each sales campaign to
support the sales team
2. Co-ordinate sales related issues between Sales Representatives, Product Specialists
and Service engineers
3. Handling distributor and dealers' calls and requirement.
4. Co-ordinate security clearance for sample, stock delivery as well as visitors
5. Dealing with courier services especially Service & repair parts as well as sample in and
out for Sales team and customers.
6. Travel & accommodation arrangement for Thailand team for local & Oversea.
7. Help administration sales project
8. Preparing tender document as well as act as representative in tendering when required
9. Control Stationery supplies, Name card preparation etc.
