Summary
BDI seeks to hire a Regional Sales Manager for our Critical Care business in South India. The primary objective of this role will be to grow sales and increase market share for BD products in all relevant accounts (hospitals & labs) under coverage by building strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers at these accounts.
Responsibilities
• Grow sales in all relevant accounts (Hospitals & Labs) under coverage by developing new accounts as well as increasing the share of wallet in existing accounts
• Achieve financial targets set for the region
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional needs
• Manage distributors / channel partners to ensure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
• Build strong relations with key customers through excellent customer service and timely feedback on their requirements
• Plan and execute marketing programs such as product promotions, educational meetings, trade shows etc.
• Ensure compliance to laws, regulations and BD's Code of Conduct
• Report to State Manager - Critical Care and provide updates on market trends, competitor activity and feedback on BD products
• Achieve targets set for the region
Qualifications
• B2B Sales experience and prior Pharma industry work experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or work experience
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience required

• Experience in Medical Devices/Healthcare industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision making abilities
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Good analytical skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Valid Driving License
