Job Description Summary

As Product Manager Peripheral Intervention Oncology you will be accountable for portfolio/platform strategies and tactics development and execution in line with regional guidance. You will develop and drive sustainable profitable growth by defining, activating, and continually improving marketing strategies and tactical initiatives for specific products in the PI portfolio. The aim is to enhance the physician and patient experience along every point of the patient care continuum.

The Product Manager owns product life cycle from commercialization to discontinuation ownership, incl. registration requests, supported by PLC operations. Translates and develops relevant value proposition and overall portfolio strategy by segment / channel. Provides marketing expertise through specific set of skills and knowledge, e.g. branding, product and portfolio management, market planning and execution. Develops and apply deep market and customer insights and consolidate insights on overall portfolio and competitors.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Drives and implements portfolio/platform strategies, tactics development, and execution in line with regional guidance.
  • PLCM - from commercialization to discontinuation ownership, incl. registration requests, supported by PLC operations.
  • Develop and apply deep market and customer insights and consolidate insights on overall portfolio and competitors.
  • Localizes and develops portfolio relevant content and materials / optimizes sales support, including tender criteria value drivers, positioning to win.
  • Ensures relevant tools to drive customer engagements.
  • Provides training on product and applications, key supporting evidence, and general product expertise.
  • Portfolio demand and forecasting guidance / performance management and tracking, including FSA.
  • In collaboration with the Omnichannel PI team, participate and support the execution and deployment of omnichannel campaign in the Hub.
  • Validation of Showpad structure & Support Ad Prom processes.
  • Provide tender support to customer service team and sales reps.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in product and/or marketing management, in MedTech industry.
  • Strong technical marketing acumen. Experience of working in a large matrix organization
  • Fluent English required, Portuguese is a plus.
  • 30-40% travel within Iberia.

Salary range for this role: 45000€ - 55000€
