Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Workflow Optimization Manager to lead clinical strategy and operations that support customer satisfaction and the optimized use of MMS automation solutions. This is a field-based role requiring strong collaboration, clinical expertise, and experience in healthcare process improvement. You will partner closely with customers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable value and clinical outcomes.

Responsabilities

  • Conduct process consultation and workflow analysis within hospital medication and supply chain systems, identifying gaps in efficiency, safety, and compliance.
  • Redesign workflows and provide recommendations aligned with BD solutions to drive customer improvements in line with industry best practices.
  • Deliver clinical consulting and change management support throughout the customer lifecycle, from strategic roadmap design to solution implementation.
  • Serve as a key clinical contact for BD's key accounts, developing deep understanding of stakeholder needs and facilitating strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Implementation, Interface, and Support teams to support business and customer goals.
  • Provide insights and feedback on healthcare trends and practice developments that may influence product strategy and customer engagement.
  • Support MMS lab management, including setup, refill, and demo preparation during pre-sales and implementation phases.
  • Troubleshoot refill processes in the field and train customer teams, ensuring seamless adoption and use of MMS solutions.

Preferred Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in clinical or hospital pharmacy with strong technical understanding of pharmaceutical processes.
  • Lean certification or demonstrable experience in process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, SOPs, workflow optimization).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills, with confidence interacting at both operational and C-level.
  • Fluent in French, with strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to travel within France and Europe as required.
