Omnichannel Hub Activation Lead, South Europe (Spain, Portugal and Italy)
Job Description Summary
As an Omnichannel Activation Hub Lead, you will drive online and offline marketing strategies for the Peripheral Intervention Business Unit, enhancing customer engagement and improving demand generation. You will ensure the right infrastructure, tools, and processes are in place to optimise multichannel efficiency. Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, you will align marketing efforts with business priorities, develop impactful campaigns, and support lead generation. You will look after local activation for Italy, Spain and Portugal. This role is based in Europe, with up to 20% travel required.

Our vision for Peripheral Intervention (PI) at BD
Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Co-create and adapt campaign assets to promote strategic program to customers in the hub based on material defined by the Marketing group
- Analyze available metrics to evaluate overall performance of a campaign, channel preference and message resonance and suggest campaign optimisation based on KPIs reports
- Drive an integrated plan across multiple platforms, by partner/audience for the hub based on strategic priorities and business objectives
- Collaborate and work effectively to effectively contribute to Marketing Plan preparation
- Drive market research activities to increase customer insights. Work with Agencies on assets production and campaign optimisation
- Manage MLR approval process and localization process
- Onboarding, drive and deploy lead generation and handling framework with Sales, from campaign inception to qualified lead hand over
- Drive regular and impactful communications within internal partners, leadership to sales organization
- Monitor marketing activities budget and report monthly to Senior Omnichannel Manager
- Develop knowledge on our portfolio and BU value propositions, omnichannel & digital marketing expertise to share with marketing team in the hub

About you
- Bachelor and/or Master's degree level qualification or equivalent
- 3 years' Sales & Marketing experience including Med Tech Industry, omnichannel marketing experience
- Campaign Design and content creation
- Proficient English and other European language
- CRM & Sales enablement tools knowledge (Sales forces, Showpad, etc.)
