This is an individual contributor, HR Business Partnering regional role, that requires partnership and engagement with Regional Function and Business Leadership Teams (LTs), Country HR Heads and Country HRBPs.

The role, under the leadership of Regional Director for Organisation & Capability, is focused on executing key elements related to Strategic Organization Planning and Organisation Design processes, driving Talent Placement and Development actions, driving Key Projects planned (and ad-hoc) of Regional/Global importance. Influence stakeholders through measurement and insights from key HR Metrics and data in areas of setting up Future-Fit leadership teams, staffing of Most Value Adding roles, Succession Planning, Talent Development actions, etc.

  • Execute the Strategic Organisation Planning process, including tracking progress against action plans, analysing outcomes, and providing insights to regional leadership.
  • Assess key drivers of Organisation and Leadership Team effectiveness, challenge assumptions where needed, and provide data-driven insights on fit-to-role effectiveness, staffing of most value-adding role, succession pipeline strength, talent development progress.
  • Implement changes resulting from Organisation Design initiatives across business units and functions.
  • Partner with Business and Functional Leadership Teams to deliver Organisation & Capability (O&C) priorities.
  • Lead or contribute to key HR projects of regional and/or global significance, including organisation transformation and capability-building initiatives.
  • Leverage HR analytics to organise, analyse, and interpret data that drives business outcomes; establish effective tracking and reporting processes.
  • Promote and role-model strong teams and the BD Way of working across regional businesses and country HR teams.
  • Independently manage and drive the people agenda with senior regional and country stakeholders within a highly matrixed organisation.
  • Support organisation capability-building and culture-shaping initiatives such as future-ready organisations, digitalisation, growth mindset, and leadership effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, with proven ability to link business strategy to people and talent outcomes.
  • Strong experience in strategic HR, including organisational planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and provide structure in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights from data to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience working in matrixed organisations and navigating senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial sales environments preferred.
  • Understanding of different business operating models (e.g. B2B, B2C, key accounts, distribution, reimbursement) considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday and analytical tools such as Excel, Visier, or similar platforms.
  • Experience leading or contributing to organisation transformation, change management, and culture-shaping initiatives.
  • MBA required.
