Job Description Summary
HDS product specialist/manager will be responsible for execution of commercial excellence in Hazardous Drug Safety market to drive business growth in Japan. HDS business in MDS is high growth category having double digit growth for next 3 years and key focused product platform to grow MDS business in the future. He/She will be reporting to IPD/HDS marketing manager and work closely with manager to develop and execute HDS growth marketing strategy.
Job Description
- Key essential tasks
- Market and competitive analysis via customer visit with sales rep, market research, and communication with KOLs
- Sales training - develop clinical knowledge and deploy the clinical expertise in commercial field
- Budget management and Sales forecasting based on funnel management
- ASR - annual strategic review planning support
- Marketing communication planning and execution such as tradeshows, seminars, sales aid development and deployment
- KOL relationship development and management
- New product launch and product life cycle planning
- Supply and inventory planning for sustainable supply management, etc.
- Travel

- about 30% of time - for customer visit with sales reps, attending conference and tradeshows.
- Japanese- Native, English - Conversant (but fluent is preferred)
- Requirement:
- Experience in basic marketing in healthcare industry for over 3 years
- Growth mindset and ownership for the actions
- Being Comfortable with working in diverse environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Solid PC skills - Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Preferred:
- Clinical educational background in medication management (ex. Pharmacist),
