Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
Prepares, verifies and coordinates the internal approval of the computer -generated labels during the design process.
Reviews, enhances and corrects the images to be used on the computer-generated labels, as required.
Designs the label templates known as Golden Labels applicable to the vision system, updates them
according to required changes and transfers them to the production environment, ensuring their integrity and availability.
Prepares and sends to Division all the corrections and/or updates done during the design process.
Receives and verifies the label approvals from Division.
Transfers the label designs to the Production system to be available for use on Manufacturing.
Prints and verifies samples of the designs of the approved labels that were transferred.
Prepares and processes the Change Request Packets in the Electronic Documentation System for the labels in order to have them available for use.
Participates in the approval panels of the Change Request Packets in the Electronic Documentation System.
Maintains in good condition and properly identified the file of the computer -generated label design process.
Attends planning meetings for projects that involve computer generated labels, as well as teleconferences with Division to coordinate the label design activities and provides activities updates.
Assists in the resolution of problems related to the design of the computer-generated labels, both in the Label Room and in the Manufacturing Area where process includes designs from Easylabel and InkDraw.
Assists in activities related to the validation and/or update of the Easylabel software.
Assists and provides the files, images and databases to the Division Label Room, as required.
Requests documentation and/or information to the different Divisions as required.
Generates and prepares reports as required.

Supports in different business-related tasks.
Works directly with the Project Engineers coordinating changes and/or generating new computer-generated labeling related to projects.
Gives support to production areas with labeling format issues and printing interfaces.
Gives support in activities related to Internal and External Audits.
Serves as a backup of Labeling General Supervisor when required.

Education and Experience:
High school or equivalent preferably.
1-year experience on labeling management preferably.
Familiar with technical writing documentation

Language Skills:

Intermediate
