Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out an accurate analysis of performances and scenarios / trends at a national level to identify new opportunities / business / market development projects as well as new and more modern commercial approaches and capture all insights during ASR exercise.
  • Coordinate the budget definition process through the involvement of the entire commercial structure. Work with the Business Senior Director to analyze SWOT on a larger scale, propose sales strategies, and allocate goals within the sales framework.
  • Organize sales meetings with the aim of providing guidelines and priorities, checking the progress of major projects, sharing standard processes, sharing new business opportunities, creating moments of sharing and development
  • Supervise the main Key Opinion Leaders by planning their visits together with the Regional Sales Managers as well as directly supervising some Executive customers
  • Ensure that all information relating to market trends, competitors, as well as all the main activities planned and implemented are promptly entered into the data collection system (SFDC) and shared with the company management.
  • Partner with the Marketing, Strategic tender, and Application specialist teams to meet sales targets for products, services, and projects set during the budget phase.
  • Act as the primary contact for leading all aspects of executive customers engaging in operations on a national scale.
  • Propose any changes / revisions to existing commercial contracts with commercial partners. Participate in European meetings and task forces to discuss business strategies and related support actions.
  • Work with Marketing and strategic tender teams to develop pricing strategies to achieve desired levels of market penetration and/or retention and achievement of key product line positioning objectives.
  • Work with Planning & Control Strategic center to assure profit monitoring, price grid compliance and proper adoption of profit related tools (i.e. P&P simulator, IP Tool, etc.).
  • Collaborate with her team with the application specialist in order to develop and create the right GTM and define the valuable activities, for supporting achievement of the sales objective.
  • Create an inclusive environment and effectively manages across differences by ensuring feedback sessions and fostering speak up culture with all team members throughout the year.

About you

  • Degree or equivalent experience in health science, biology or related field.
  • Proficient level of English
  • Deep knowledge of project management
  • Ability to manage a complex team
  • Deep understanding of IVD French market
  • Comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms and logic of purchases in France
  • In-depth knowledge of the management of key partners in complex environments
  • Knowledge of Economics and in particular of Health Economics
  • Knowledge of sales techniques (Solution selling / Strategic Selling / Consultive Selling)

Compensation range for the role : 105 000 to 125 000 €
