A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Diagnostic Solutions Account Executive at BD, your day will be filled with engaging interactions with healthcare professionals, driving sales strategies, and delivering innovative solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, present clinically relevant product features, and negotiate contracts that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive profitable growth for BD's Diagnostic Solutions product portfolio
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products, leveraging economic justification and clinical benefits
  • Orchestrate new customer acquisition strategies and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including laboratory professionals, clinicians, and hospital administration

What You Bring

  • Proven track record of attaining or exceeding sales goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer loyalty
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen for contract proposals and profitability analysis
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications

Experience & Education

  • BA / BS in Life Sciences, biological areas, business or related field. Degree in Medical Technology (MT ASCP) or Microbiology preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years documented sales success (top 20%) in broad range laboratory products with minimum 1-year clinical laboratory and / or hospital sales.
  • A combination of clinical market sales, financial or technical selling experience required.
