Job Description Summary

As Clinical Sales Specialist reporting to our Market Development Manager, you'll operate across our Acute Care portfolio to support the implementation of our Iberia marketing strategy related to the UCC Portfolio, mainly focused to develop the urology portfolio. The Clinical Team provides key scientific and technical support to the business. In this position, the Clinical Specialist will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the relevant scientific fields, BD Clinical services and products, and efficiently use this to advance sales opportunities and technique penetration into hospitals; prepare, present and demonstrate technical aspects of solutions as they relate directly to customer needs.
You will cover Iberia region giving support to Business Development Manager and commercial team.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide general scientific & technical customer support to the Iberian customer base and to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Work aligned with Marketing and Business development manager to ensure implement urology solutions into the hospital.
  • Planning of the trainings in the territory. Facilitate advanced training on best practices in customers.
  • Compose and review clinical papers, posters, articles, oral presentations related to the use of the products.
  • Act as consultant for customers to improve or simplify their own internal processes.
  • Provide technical support to customers through field visits, phone calls, emails, webinars, etc.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars to educate customers on the proper use of our products.
  • Develop training materials and resources for customers and commercial team.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create educational content for customers.
  • Participate in conferences and trade shows to showcase our products and network with potential clients.

About you

  • Nurse degree
  • Upper intermediate level of English.
  • Hardworking, enthusiastic, resilient. Ability to work autonomously, and be capable of independently generating, prioritizing and completing work.
  • Able to demonstrate effective territory and time leadership skills.
