Job Description

Rejoignez BD France et contribuez concrètement à l'amélioration du parcours client dans un environnement au service de la santé. Au sein de notre Centre de la Relation Client basé à Grenoble, vous jouerez un rôle clé à l'interface entre nos clients (hôpitaux, laboratoires), la supply chain et les équipes internes, en garantissant un haut niveau de service, de fiabilité et de satisfaction client.
Au-delà de l'opérationnel, ce poste offre une véritable dimension d'expertise et de contribution à l'amélioration continue des processus

Responsabilités principales:

  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié de la supply chain sur toutes les problématiques d'approvisionnement
  • Piloter les allocations quotidiennes, gérer les substitutions et analyser les commandes ouvertes
  • Mettre en place des contrôles, analyser les écarts et définir des actions correctives sur les flux d'approvisionnement
  • Formaliser, documenter et diffuser les processus liés à la gestion des approvisionnements
  • Contribuer et être référent sur certains projets d'optimisation du Service Clients
  • Accompagner la gestion des commandes clients : informations, priorisation, ruptures, substitutions et reports de livraison
  • Coordonner le suivi logistique : retours, remplacements, dépannages et solutions de transport adaptées
  • Gérer les contacts clients internes et externes (téléphone, emails, CRM) avec professionnalisme et réactivité
  • Prendre en charge le suivi administratif : avoirs, rappels produits et coordination avec la comptabilité

Profil recherché:

  • Formation supérieure Bac +4/5 en commerce, gestion ou équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée en relation client, idéalement dans un environnement grand groupe
  • Solides capacités analytiques et aptitude à proposer et formaliser des améliorations de processus
  • Anglais professionnel courant
  • À l'aise dans des environnements transverses et en interaction avec de multiples interlocuteurs
  • Maîtrise des outils ERP/CRM, d'Excel et niveau d'anglais courant indispensable

Fourchette de rémunération pour le poste : 32 000 à 37 000 EUR / an
