Job Summary:
The ASM will be responsible for handling service operations through technical his expertise and service sales skills.. The ASM will also be responsible for generating service revenue in terms of service contracts, spares and consumables.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve targeted sales growth within assigned territories
• Build strong relationships with customers and their decision makers through focused calls and regular visits
• Handle complaints and customer concerns effectively and immediately escalating complex issues as required
• Ensure timely completion of clinical/ technical documentation as per defined norms or requirements
• Coordinate with cross functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, billing etc to resolve any issues related to product availability, pricing, delivery etc
• Conduct educational workshops/ seminars to enhance knowledge on instruments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in electronics or biomedical engineering.
• Minimum experience of 8 years in handling service operations.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in IVD industry.
• Good understanding of Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to interact with doctors, technicians and other healthcare professionals
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong organisational and time management skills
