Job Description
We are seeking to hire an experienced ASM for our Surgery business in Delhi region. The main purpose of this position is to grow the business in all key accounts (Hospitals & Labs) under coverage by strengthening existing relationships and by forming new ones, so as to achieve sales growth, profitability and market share for BD products in line or exceeding overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Develops strong relationships with all customers through personal contacts at various levels within each account.
• Gathers information on customer needs and sells appropriate product portfolio to meet those needs.
• Manages the day-to-day business operations, including but not limited to supply chain management, forecasting, pricing, promotion, administration, planning and reporting.

• Ensures regular customer visits and timely submission of reports.
• Achieves sales target and maintains good relations with all external and internal stakeholders.
• Plans and executes marketing programs and promotional activities.
• Maintains detailed records and prepares reports on sales, expenses, and other relevant data.
• Monitors competition and competitor's activities.
• Identifies tender/rate contract opportunities and participates in the bidding process.
• Attends conferences and trade shows to promote BD products and to educate customers about them.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Science/Pharmacy.
• Master's degree would be preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma/Healthcare companies preferably in Medical Devices /Surgical business
