Application Support Engineer

Job Description Summary

Application Support Engineer position for site support of Bartender software implementation. Expected project period 1 year.

Job Description

This Position will be responsible for:
1- Create/update label template in Bartender system and/or provide support to the label template designer.
2- Write IQ and PQ validation documents for label templates and/or SQL User Interface that works with Bartender Labeling System.
3- Launch Validation CRs in our Electronic Documentation System
4- Provide support for validation testing
5- Update applicable local documentation when needed

This Position need to have knowledge in:
1- Must have basic IT support (technical knowledge)
2- Basic knowledge in HTML it's a plus
3- Basic knowledge in VBA it's a plus
4- BarTender knowledge it's a plus (but we will provide BarTender training)
