The position of HR Analyst will be responsible for developing, coordinating, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating all human resources management policies in 3rd shift in the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate programs to promote employee development and training.
• Coordinate and support teamwork activities within the Organization.
• Coordinate and support initiatives related to recognition and appreciation of employees.
• Support disciplinary procedures.
* Notifies the new personnel service area for the assignation of personal locker and gown.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Administration or Psychology.
• Use of Power Point, Excel and Word
• 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law
• Experience in manufacturing environment would be nice
• Interpersonal skills, negotiation, and influence.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• High levels of integrity and trustworthiness.
