1. To achieve sales growth for assigned products within defined budgets and strategies.
2. To ensure optimum customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and high technical standards of product applications.
3. To develop and maintain good relations with customers by providing them with information on new technology, clinical data and other relevant matters.
4. To establish new business opportunities in targeted accounts.
5. To report all market trends and competitor activities to Sales & Marketing Management Team.
6. To conduct regular field visits to assess customer needs and review account performance.
7. To assist in identifying and developing sales opportunities.

Job Responsibility

• Maintain knowledge of current industry practices and trends.
• Achieve sales targets set for each product category assigned.
• Conduct frequent field visits to assess customer needs and review account performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Assist in training of end users on BD products.
• Ensure that complaints are recorded and action taken where necessary.

Qualification

Minimum of 3~5 years of experience in medical devices sales with proven track record of success.
Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally.
