What You Will Do
- Team coaching. Regular one-to-one meetings with the team members, team meetings and quarterly (yearly) employee evaluation sessions.
- Team management – making sure all deadlines are met and assisting the team in any questions or challenges they may face.
- KPI setting and reporting.
- FloQast tasks review and approvals (AP, AP Accrued, withholding tax and expenses Accrued, India Prepaids reconciliations, AP Aging review)
- Unclaimed property – management and reconciliation.
- 1099 yearly reporting to the IRS. Preparing the data for reporting, collecting W-9 forms, and reporting the paid amounts with external reporting tool.
- Coupa admin responsibilities – updating user accounts, permissions, settings, updating orders etc.
- Dun & Bradstreet company credit score keeping.
- Invoice approval in Coupa.
- Bank open items management – assigning the items to team members, taking care of unknown items.
- Collaboration with vendor manager and IT department with any system or integration issues.
- Projects and M&A participation.
- Providing information for audit requests.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields (equivalent working experience is also acceptable);
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting or related fields
- Experience in supervising and mentoring other team members
- Experience with Excel, MS Office
- Experience in creating and implementing financial processes and controls
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and management
- Excellent communication in spoken and written English
- Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Workday is an advantage
