Responsibilities:

  • Assess significant aspects of large, highly complex, multi-year Treasury technology initiatives focused on Treasury assets & liabilities, FX capital, derivatives, and corresponding hedge relationships.
  • Work closely with Change Management partners, Technology partners and user community to deliver projects on time, on scope and on budget.
  • Leverage strong subject matter and institutional knowledge while partnering directly with senior Finance team members and the departments to set a strategic direction for initiative projects.
  • Contribute to the development of design solutions to achieve initiative requirements.
  • Translate requirements, in conjunction with our Technology partners, into "epics and stories" for purposes of developing technology code to achieve the defined design solution.
  • Work with end users to ensure test scripts are complete and testing results are consistent with expected results.
  • Liaise with Technology and all impacted upstream and downstream partners through-out the process.
  • Assess and prioritize technology initiative project deliverables and partner effectively with Finance, Technology, and Operational teams across a large, complex, global organization.
  • Develop requirements for hedging systems, sub-ledger systems, data warehouses, operational cash management systems, and trading platforms.
  • Work with Treasury business partners to implement new product and new hedge relationships utilizing existing technology platforms.
  • Utilize thorough understanding of complex accounting requirements, including FX levelling processes, to ensure project deliverables are properly aligned with GAAP requirements.
  • Understand complex operational processes for derivative instruments to ensure technology functional designs are accurate and well controlled.
  • Utilize the knowledge of Agile change methodology as well as an understanding of Change Management processes.
  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related; and
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
  • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Assessing and prioritizing technology initiative project deliverables and partnering effectively with Finance, Technology, and Operational teams across a large, complex, global organization;
  • Developing requirements for hedging systems, sub-ledger systems, data warehouses, operational cash management systems, and trading platforms;
