Job Responsibilities:

Treasury Sales Client Officer is responsible for delivery of integrated treasury solutions to multisegmented FIG client bases. Partner closely with client-facing teammates CBK bankers and TSO to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client. TSCO is an extension of the Private Bank team working with Private Bank clients which typically include Family Offices, Real Estate, Private Equity and Business Owners.

In this hybrid sales/treasury analyst role, key responsibilities include actively managing and pursuing treasury revenue streams along with increasing product penetration across an assigned portfolio; partnering closely with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities; as well as providing product expertise to deliver the best possible solution that meets the objectives of the client/prospect.

  • Drives responsible revenue and balance sheet growth, profitability improvement, client calling (typically virtual) and planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal responses, and leading client facing treasury presentations
  • Right size the portfolio by assessing suitability of relationships recommended by Global TSO's and/or CBK bankers as well as assessing existing relationships
  • Partners with bankers, onboarding, servicing, and product specialists across the enterprise to develop and implement customized treasury solutions by identifying solutions based on client-focused cost/benefit analysis and bank-focused profitability analysis
  • In partnership with CBK/Global TSO, leads pricing and negotiation discussions with the client for treasury management products to optimize relationship profitability and YoY growth
  • Fosters digital adoption by driving mobile, and digital payments adoption and manages strategic dialogues around key client centric issues - leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics and solutioning positioning
  • Serve as a point of escalation for all GPS related issues
  • Collaborates and internal stake holders in day-to-day support of client deliverables, with direct end to end coverage responsibilities for less complex and/or mature existing Private Bank relationships to ensure strong client coverage and identify new opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of Treasury/Cash Management Sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn buying behaviors of multiple FIG sector clients
  • Ability to work across product, service, implementation, operations, coverage and geographical teams to deliver best in class solutions to the clients
  • Intellectually curious and motivated to continuously improve processes
  • Sales and client relationship experience
  • Working knowledge of treasury management products and services
  • Proven negotiation and active listening skills
  • Successfully demonstrates creative thinking while adhering to guidelines
  • Strong business/financial acumen
  • Effectively manages competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining a consistent level of client satisfaction; self-sufficient and takes initiative
  • Successfully maneuvers throughout the enterprise
  • Proactively engages all internal partners for sales opportunities
  • Effectively manages risk while balancing the needs of the client, the team, and the bank
  • Able to effectively work as an individual contributor as well as a close team member in a fast- paced environment
  • Certified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent and knowledge of Private Bank and ultra high net worth clients a plus

Pay range

$107,000.00 - $131,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
