Process Overview

EMEA Loan Operations team provides operational and administrative support by booking & amending facilities, on Bilateral & syndicated loans agented by different banks/financial institutions. Loan IQ is the system of record for processing all transactions, depending upon the type of deal. Key transactions processed through Loan IQ platform include advances, principal/interest/fee payments, rollovers, rate sets & conversions.

Job Description


This role requires a subject matter expert with 5-7 years in Servicing Syndicated and Direct Deals in LIQ. Should have good understanding of payments and loan cycle to process transactions on system, investigate and escalate. Willing to learn, and work on activities/projects as assigned. Should be able to work in team with a good sense of accountability and lead by action.

Responsibilities

• Validating payment instructions/ notices and release advances/wires to clients & Agent Banks on Loan IQ
• Manage periodic rate changes, rollovers, advances, payments, conversions
• Update system of record with basic request type and customer details
• Reconciliation of financial breaks, understanding of GL postings and past dues
• Partner with teams, share business understanding and drive change management initiatives.
• Preparing routine metric reports, end of day checks etc.
• Identify and escalate issues or controls gaps in existing infrastructure
• Have innovative approach to work and continuously identify and highlight process improvements
• SLA and Metrics Management

• Workflow Allocation Management

Requirements


Education

B.Com, M.Com, MBA finance

Experience Range


3-7 years above

Foundational skills

Accounting, Credit services, Syndicated loans

Loan IQ.

Desired skills

Any certification related to Banking, Lending and Credit fundamentals
