Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing new credit relationships with strategic wealth clients, driving funded loan balances and revenue growth while increasing profitability, managing existing portfolios, and educating PCA/PCM on solutions and risk appetite. Key responsibilities include leading the credit delivery process by partnering with PCA/PCM, Underwriting, Risk, product leaders, Portfolio Management, and Servicing and Fulfillment. Job expectations include applying thought leadership and credit expertise to structure credit solutions to meet ultra-high-net-worth client's needs.

The purpose of the CE is to proactively and responsibly deliver best-in-class credit expertise and innovative credit solutions to meet the unique needs of wealth clients. The CE educates PCA and clients on our credit platform capabilities and risk appetite in order to grow loans by increasing PCA engagement and penetration.

Responsibilities:
• Leads the growth of funded loans and revenue, while mitigating risks and adhering to regulatory requirements
• Develops, deepens, and sustains relationships with market leadership, Advisors, and clients, while building credibility
• Creates a client-centric culture by applying in-depth knowledge of clients, timely renewals, and issue resolution, and providing competitive deal structuring while serving as the key point of contact for credit clients
• Educates key partners and Advisors on platform capabilities and risk appetite to increase engagement and penetration
• Partners and collaborates with Underwriting, Risk, Operations, and Portfolio Management to deliver a seamless client experience
• Maintains asset quality within the defined Global Wealth and Investment Management risk appetite limits
• Originates sound new business through PCA teams
• Provides credit direction, expertise and approval for strategically important clients
• Understands market differences within region and coordinates best practices in terms of delivering thoughtful credit solutions
• Critical link to centralized underwriting and risk/approval process
• Accountable for asset quality and financial plan for the markets covered

Required Qualifications:
• 10 plus years of commercial credit or wealth management credit experience or a combination of lending and credit experience
• Familiarity with cash flow credit skills and related market influences (profiling, structuring, underwriting, pricing, delivery)
• Prior experience required with a financial institution focusing on sales, preferably in the high net worth space
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to influence others while building strong partnerships

Desired Qualifications:
• Commercial Credit training strongly preferred
