Process Overview

Operations Technology team provides and delivers technology solutions to support the Specialty Services, Fulfillment and Engineering technology. The team's goal is to drive the optimal technology tools and platforms that enable associates to deliver on the customer experience and contribute to the long-term, profitable growth. The team delivers technology through robust and scalable applications developed on various platforms.

  • Are responsible for delivery of the technology solutions within the Specialty Services, Fulfillment and Engineering technology portfolio.
  • Provide technology strategy planning, execution, and support services.
  • Ensure Re-usability and Configuration are a focus for the team in contributing and consumption.
  • Partner with vertical teams & architecture to execute/advance strategy.
  • Manage relationships with line of business partners and other technology teams to successfully deliver on initiatives.

Job Description


The candidate should possess strong technical skills required to architect, design, development and implementation of Mule APIs as well as support the applications in production. Interact with various internal bank and external resources to complete implementations successfully including Technical, LOB Operations, Vendor and Data Transmission. Strong interpersonal/influence skills, proactive leadership skills and analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test software applications that support business units or supporting functions.
  • Provide review and assessment service to the peer team adding value to the overall business. Work in Agile and SDLC methodologies to own and deliver the value-added services.
  • Deliver smooth and seem less integrations across frontend, middleware, and back-end systems.
  • Establish and practice industry standards, best practices and guidelines in technology, process.
  • Proven ability to successfully analyze client's requirements and develop innovative solutions for increasing reliability and improving productivity.

Education

  • Graduation / Post Graduation

BE / MCA

  • Certifications If Any: Mulesoft Certified Developer

Experience Range


  • 06 Years To 09 Years.

Foundational Skills

  • Extensively worked on Anypoint Studio and used it to interface application services by utilizing connectors, components, transformers, filters, flow Control, message routing, ActiveMQ, JMS, and Error handling.
  • RAML specifications/build experience with Mule soft utilizing Mule features like Data weave, API designer and various connectors to ensure robust and loosely coupled integration layers.
  • Mulesoft, Any Point Studio, Java.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Able to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in an Agile team using Scrum, Scaled Agile, or Kanban processes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of applications related to web design and data modeling.
  • Experience with Web Services, Rest API Services.
  • Experience with Test Driven Development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
  • Should be able to work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Thorough researching/data mining of information to produce high quality work.
  • Strong team player.
  • Effectively prioritize work and multitask as needed.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of process and procedure.

Desired Skills


  • MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration Professional.
  • Mulesoft Certified Developer - API Design Associate.
  • Agile - Scrum/Kanban knowledge.

Work Timings

  • 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM IST (Need to flexible as per business needs).
