The Process Management CoE GBS team functions as a Center of Excellence to provide strategic and innovative advantage to Bank of America through Process Design, Data Insights and Process Excellence Work-streams.

Job Description

As Tableau Expert, candidate will be responsible to create computer systems and data visualization solutions to improve business processes for an MTM. This role will include tasks such as generating Tableau dashboard reports, creating business intelligence reports and visualizations, and work with developers.

Responsibilities:

The KRAs of the resource will be as follows:

  • Analyze SPI process information on ARIS/POP to help Streamline, automate and implement solutions to drive process efficiency and controls across MTM
  • Develop visualization tools and advanced BI dashboards to capture key risks for crisis management
  • Focusing on reports and analytics to review SPI challenges, work with process owners, risk and control partners to respond and remediate
  • Conducting data analysis, validation, and mapping.
  • Creating a detailed report of data analysis, validation, and mapping.
  • Making abstract data easily understandable.
  • Evaluating and enhancing existing systems.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams to enable seamless integration with new systems.
  • Creating database queries to assess the effects of different systems.
  • Building data storage tools for the organization.
  • Maintaining complex Tableau reports for scalability, extensibility, improved performance, manageability, and reuse.
  • Providing insights about improving or automating processes and adding value to the team.
  • Determining the best implementation strategy to satisfy the architect's design requirements.
  • Focusing on iterative review cycles to provide outcomes meeting or exceeding user expectations.
  • Managing big data and twisting SQL queries to enhance performance.
  • Tracks and monitors the success of recently implemented tools and process enhancements

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelors or Masters Degree
  • Experience Range : 9 - 12 Years

Foundational Skills :

  • Advanced tableau development knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros.
  • Understanding of advanced statistical functions and calculations.
  • Ability to interpret dashboard structure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience in developing, managing, and maintaining Tableau-based dashboards.

Desired skills :

  • Certified Tableau Desktop Specialist & Certified Tableau Data Analyst
  • Working knowledge of SQL, normalization, and rational databases.
  • Experience with using query and reporting analysis tools.

Work Timings : 11 am to 8 pm
