Legal Technology enables modern practice of law through technology transformation and is responsible for delivering strategic technology solutions to the Legal Department and Office of the Corporate.

Job Description
.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer who can take an active role in delivering the technology strategy for Legal portfolio. The candidate should have a strong technology background who is proficient at designing and developing large scale enterprise systems. They should also possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. The candidate will act as the primary interface with business partners, solution architects, and cross-organizational technology teams.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, debug, support, maintain and test applications that enable business units and supporting functions.
  • Participates in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using modern technologies. These solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies, and tools.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps, works closely with Solution Architects and Principal Engineers in adopting the principles defined as part of the Platform Architecture
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices.
  • May provide technical direction and system design for individual initiatives.
  • Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of special initiatives.
  • Interpret business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Build strong relationship and influence on team members.
  • Ability to Create and maintain system, functional and reference documentation.
  • Part of scrum teams, working on sprints and ensure on time delivery with high quality.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Requirements

Education


  • Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate

Experience Range

  • 12 to 14 years

Foundational skills


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in designing and developing medium to large scale enterprise applications.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies including Dotnet Core, C#.NET, and T-SQL.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, executing, and managing the process of migrating data to cloud.
  • Minimum of 3 years working knowledge in using CI/CD tools including Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible Tower
  • Strong working knowledge on most used architectural design patterns, and cloud migration strategies.
  • Able to build service-oriented applications, n-tier architecture, web services, and consume web services (REST)
  • 3+ years of Angular development experience
  • Solid understanding of Containers, Sec DevOps, Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Scrum and Agile SDLC experience
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive technical vision.

Desired skills

  • Experience with Domain Driven Design framework.
  • Experience in managing data security in cloud platforms.
  • Experience in managing applications hosted on public cloud.
  • Good knowledge on SSIS and other ETL technologies
  • Experience with JavaScript framework.
