Process Overview

Audit & Legal Technology enable modern practices for auditors and attorneys via technology transformation. The team are responsible for delivering strategic technology solutions to the Audit body, Legal Department and Office of the Corporate.

Job Description

As part of Software Quality Engineering, need to define and implement testing strategy and automation roadmap. Need to manage and guide automation engineers in enabling quality assurance for enterprise grade applications. Need to interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the software development life cycle. Should be able to analyze user stories and/use cases/requirements and design test scripts. Should have the ability to automate test cases using latest test automation technologies. Will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, and excellence is rewarded.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, tailored to enterprise application requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, and TOSCA.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to coding standards, perform code reviews, and validate unit test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Ansible and XLR.
  • Conduct load and stress testing to ensure the application meets performance benchmarks under high user loads.
  • Ensure the application adheres to all security standards including enabling SAST and DAST. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers, to align quality goals with business objectives.
  • Define and track quality metrics (e.g., defect density, test coverage) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide quality engineers, by sharing best practices and fostering a culture of quality within the team.
  • Support UAT efforts by coordinating with end-users and ensuring the application meets business requirements.
  • Identify potential risks in the software development lifecycle and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Provide appropriate communication to stakeholders related to compliance related deliverables.

Education

B.E./B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/MSC/MCA

Experience Range


8 to 11 years

Foundational skills

  • Leading Quality assurance for 5+ Years in a large-scale organization, designing and delivering test strategies for medium to large scale enterprise applications.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SELENIUM with Java and hands-on experience with TOSCA.
  • Have a very good understanding of Test-Driven Development and BDD concepts.
  • Minimum 5+ years working knowledge in integrating with CI/CD tools including Bitbucket, Jenkins etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of POSTMAN, SOAPUI for API testing.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Scrum and Agile SDLC experience.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive technical vision.

Desired skills


  • Experience with automation looks like UFT, PARASOFT.
  • Experience with SaaS testing tools like Sauce labs, BrowserStack.
  • Experience with Test Management
  • Experience with cloud platforms that integrate testing like Azure DevOps, CircleCI, Travis CI.
