Role Description:

This job is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies by managing platform development from idea creation through deployment. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, working with Technology on design options, and validating concepts. Job expectations include developing business cases, partnering with Technology and key operational stakeholders to conduct analyses, and writing business and functional requirements documentation.

theHUB is a new workflow management application in Enterprise Credit that supports processes that previously relied on SharePoint, Outlook, and/or Excel files to manage process tasks. theHUB Administrative Specialists works with a variety of stakeholders within Enterprise Credit and Global Technology to build out new functionality for theHUB, enhance / fix existing functionality, onboard new programs on to theHUB, and manage the strategic vision of the application.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the application development process inclusive of planning, testing, and deployment activities
  • Experience with understanding of programming concepts with some familiarity with Python, SQL, and database structures
  • Ability to map and understand process flows
  • Understanding of Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Enterprise Credit
  • Experience developing high quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience using applications such as Jira, Figma, and Tableau and credit platforms such as Credit Center, GUS, Workplace, etc.
  • Knowledge of policies, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience writing and managing software test scripts for business partners
  • Ability to write and/or understand SQL queries
