Process Overview

Asia Loan Servicing Team is responsible for the maintenance /administration of Syndicated & Bilateral Loans, Loan disbursement, Loans Fee processing, timely review & clearing of breaks assigned to loans responsible unit across 07 Asian Branches. Additionally the team also performs reporting activities for Loans transactions.

• Billings & Invoices
• Audit Certificates
• Other Amendments

Accounting Activities

• Reclassification Entries
• Remittance Entries
• WHT Receipts Accounting
• Net Positioning
• Loan administration through GBS
• Receives drawdown (new borrowing notices) from Agent
• Funds loans and makes payment to Agent bank
• Processes fees
• Co-ordination between various departments
• Upstream: Debt Products Group , ASD team , Commitments team
• Downstream : Branch Operations , AOC team and Loans / Trade department

Responsibilities:

• Active involvement as a team member in all the stated above

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ensure all transactions are processed as per defined quality and timeliness standards

• Team Management & operational routines management

Requirements

Education

Any Graduate

Certifications If Any in Credit or Payments

Experience Range

Minimum of 5 Years

Foundational skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Desired skills

Understanding of Loan Syndication

Payments and Recons knowledge

Understanding of lending business and LIQ is must
