Job Description:
As a Loan Document Administrator (LDS) your responsibilities include:
• Independently prepare standard to highly complex loan documents for Private Bank clients in accordance with Bank of America's policies and procedures.
• Interact with underwriting, in-house legal counsel and sales to ensure world class documentation accuracy.
• Review outside counsel prepared documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with credit approval.
• Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions
• Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
• Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learner

Desired skills:
- - Prior Bank of America Private Bank or Commercial loan documentation experience
- - Loan documentation using HotDocs platform
- - Experience using Loan IQ
