Job Description:
Primary responsibility is to prepare/review documentation in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Independently perform research and discuss loans with line partners with confidence and knowledge. Independently works with a range in complexity of documentation. Interfaces with company vendors, legal counsel and line partners to ensure world-class documentation accuracy. Maintain primary responsibility for accuracy of documentation, timely delivery of documents and elimination of controllable re-works. In all measurable categories maintains an acceptable level of errors. Assist Market Leader in the facilitation of team meetings, training and quality review when necessary.

This role's primary responsibility is to review syndicated lending documentation in accordance with Bank policies and procedures and facilitate closings with business partners, client managers and portfolio officers. Interfaces with third party administrative agents, legal counsel, and clients to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness in syndicated loan transactions. Acts as the primary point of contact between business partners/client managers/portfolio officers and operations teams for syndicated loan transactions. Responsible for reviewing loan documentation for key terms needed for financial booking. Works with limited supervision.
Required Skills
- Previous banking operations experience
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of key loan documentation concepts
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Adept at balancing multiple tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency in work product
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Legal/paralegal experience
- Previous loan documentation experience, particularly with commercial credit
- Working knowledge of Loan IQ or similar loan accounting system
- Microsoft Suite skills proficiency (preferred)
