Job Description:
Global Credit Operations: Responsible for the fulfillment, servicing and protection of credit offerings for business banking, Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM), commercial and corporate clients as well as leasing and trade products. This job is responsible for managing collateralized debt obligations and issue tracker reports to perfect the bank's collateral. Key responsibilities include maintaining control of the bank's collateral through accurate booking on the system of record, setting up and standardizing collateral files, and preparing and reviewing tickler and exception tracking data.

Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for perfecting bank's collateral. Responsible for maintaining control of Bank collateral through accurate booking on the system of record (SOR), set-up and standardization of collateral files, set-up and review of tickler and exception tracking data. Responsible for accurate set-up and maintenance of billing schedules, pricing options, risk rating changes and all other client record and indicative data. Job expectations also include reviewing insurance adequacy, monitoring evidence of insurance and maintaining and/or releasing lien position for collateral.
Additional responsibilities will also include:
- Perfects the bank's system of record through accurate set-up and maintenance of billing schedules, pricing options, and all other client records and indicative data
- Monitors and releases the bank's collateral
- Performs administrative duties related to setting up new and/or modifying existing loans, maintains bookings on the systems of record, and identifies and enters data to provide data to modelers for loss risk forecasting
- Manages the daily collateralized debt obligation suite and issue tracker reports to execute the daily loan closing process
- Maintains relationships with Relationship Administrators to ensure efficient and high quality loan processing
- Contact client/agent/broker to resolve items out of compliance.
- Gives technical advice and guidance to business units and interdisciplinary teams on a project.
- This role will be responsible for data accuracy and timely completion of all collateral processes.
- Receive/Review incoming loan files for compliance with bank and federal guidelines.
- Maintain systems of record for continued monitoring of collateral and insurance.
- Work in a paperless environment and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Professional and positive team player, with ability to promote collaboration, and communicate with impact.
- Learn and adapt quickly, hold self and others accountable for high performance standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS applications
Desired Skills:
- Prior loan closing experience (or similar)
- Understanding of commercial credit requirements
- Knowledge BOA platform system knowledge (LoanIQ, CreditCenter, & Genesis) strongly preferred
