Job Description:

Essential Functions:

Provide user application support and business analysis for internal applications including DealFlo transaction management application, ExpressView® client online portal, Contact Relationship Management tool, and other applications in support of the Sales Performance team, which may include:

  • Individual contributor and group leader
  • Acts as Product manager in Agile dev process - sets project and team priorities.
  • Data mining, quality control, and ad-hoc reporting using Toad, Tableau, Alteryx or other business intelligence tools
  • Application subject matter expertise, product owner and project development activity
  • Prioritize project initiatives in conjunction with development team and user community
  • Analyze, interpret, and translate business requirements into functional application requirements
  • Jira ticket management within Agile project methodology.
  • User issue triage, resolution, and escalation for broader DealFlo deal transaction management system, SugarCRM, ARM user access request management, and other peripheral applications
  • Participate in application development and project activities
  • Perform system testing (SIT & UAT)- compose, maintain, and execute test scripts
  • Compose process documents and maintain user manuals
  • Provide user validation support for periodic weekend code releases

Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified

- 5+ Years related experience preferred.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Broad knowledge of end-to-end leasing or lending process
  • Strong data management with MS Office tools and advanced Excel
  • Business intelligence/query building
  • Accounting system knowledge a plus

  • Must be able to interact with all user levels and clients
