Your background

  • Graduate with knowledge of Domestic Payments / RBI regulations and 3 to 6 years' experience
  • Prior experience/knowledge in the areas of
    a) Domestic Payment Processing -Electronic /Manual (Tax, RTGS, NEFT, NACH, UPI, IMPS)
    b) Mandate Management
    c) Virtual Accounts
    d) Client Reporting - Domestic
    e) Regulatory Reporting
    f) Reconciliation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage volumes and multi-tasking with accuracy against stiff deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and inter-personal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint.

What you will do

  • Handle Domestic Payments [electronic and Paper]
  • Inputting of transactions/accounting entries on core banking platform
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders such as Compliance /Product / Business team
  • Liaising with clients in handling of critical remittance transactions
  • Coordination with Audit teams in handling of queries/observations
  • To have a good understanding of operations improvement areas in related domains, analyze and provide possible solution requirements
